  5.          By  registering  Osiris SE, you indicate your  acceptance  of
  6.          these terms.

  8.          Osiris SE ("the Software") is copyright 1990 by  Mike Bryeans
  9.          All  rights are reserved.  The PURCHASER is granted a LICENSE
  10.          to use the software only, subject to the following restrictions
  11.          and limitations.

  13.          1. The license is to the original purchaser only, and is  not
  14.          transferable without written permission from Mike Bryeans.
  15.  
  16.          2.  The  original purchase may use the Software on  a  single
  17.          computer or single Local Area Network owned or leased by  the
  18.          original purchaser.
  19.  
  20.          You may not use the software on more than one computer or one
  21.          Local  Area  Network  even if you own or lease  all  of  them
  22.          without the written consent of Mike Bryeans.

  24.          3.  The  original purchaser may make back-up  copies  of  the
  25.          Software  for  his or her own use only, subject  to  the  use
  26.          limitations in this license.

  28.          4. The original purchaser may not engage in, or permit  third
  29.          parties to engage in, any of the following:

  31.                    A. Providing or permitting use of or disclosing the
  32.                    Software to third parties.
  33.  
  34.                    B. Making alterations or copies of any kind in  the
  35.                    Software (except as specifically permitted above).
  36.  
  37.                    C. Attempting to Un-assemble, de-compile or reverse
  38.                    engineer the Software in any way.
  39.  
  40.                    D. Granting sublicenses, leases, or other rights in
  41.                    the Software to others.
  42.  
  43.          Mike Bryeans and ITC  reserves the right  to  terminate  this
  44.          license  if there is a violation of its terms or  default  by
  45.          the  Original Purchaser.
